Frank Orman showman and circus manager. In 1949 Orman was promoted from "Tax Box" operator to manager of the Cole Bros. Circus, he later managed the Clyde Beatty Circus and the Clyde Beatty Cole Bros. Circus.
Manager Frank Orman oversaw every aspect of the circus's day to day operations. Each morning Orman would sit on the midway watching over set-up and nothing would escape his watchful eye.
